I am passionate about transformation, collaboration, and community – online and offline. Hence, I am an experienced corporate entrepreneurship consultant, community builder, and event facilitator.
Experience
Corporate Entrepreneurship Consulting
Engaging employees in entrepreneurial behaviors is tricky – business as ususal is just too overwhelming, they don’t feel like they’re particularly “creative”, and acting outside their comfort zone is difficult.
Based on scientific insight and observed behavior I helped clients empower their employees to engage in corporate entrepreneurship and process innovation.
Community Management Consulting
May it be a group of alumni from an educational program, workshop participants, classmates, former colleagues, or simply a large group of friends – even though most members of these groups would agree that staying in touch with each other would be highly valuable, most of them do not.
I helped clients figure out how to (re-)engage their community and how to keep the momentum going.
Virtual Events Facilitation
The virtual world enables us to come together globally and instantly. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has also led to a lot of “Zoom fatigue” and frustrating event experiences.
I helped organize and facilitate engaging virtual events that had participants leave energized and inspired. My toolbox includes Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Mentimeter, and Wonder.
